SCHEDULED CONTACT WITH THE BAYER MANAGEMENT TEAM

An open communication link between partners, in this case Client and Vendor is the key to a mutually beneficial working relationship.  We like to schedule bi-weekly or monthly client calls / meetings in order to provide a consistent vehicle for program performance evaluation and properly maintained client information.

DAILY WRITTEN REPORTING VIA FAX OR EMAIL

You have the option to receive daily written summaries of the activities / events reported for your property.  The information in this summary report is based on the observations of the Security Officer / Field Supervisor performing the duties at your property.

COMPUTERIZED ACTIVITY TRACKING AND REPORTING

Our security programs are built upon a computerized activity tracking and reporting system which augments the uniformed officers in the field.  All information gathered by Bayer Protective Services personnel is data based and tracked for you.  This information is prepared for your review and submitted via fax or email on a daily basis.  All information is summarized and reviewed with you during scheduled Security Audits.

REAL-TIME ACTIVITY / EVENT REPORTING

By consistently tracking all information relating to a property, we are able to quickly provide property security demographics.  This allows time relevant analysis of an occurrence of an activity or event as well as the potential for a reoccurrence of such an event. This allows a proactive response to concerns rather than a reactive response to a problem.
